Welcome to NRGideas.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to the New Resources Group website located at www.nrgideas.com and all other sites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where these Terms & Conditions appear or are linked (collectively, the "Site"). As used in these Terms & Conditions, "NRG", "us" or "we" refers to New Resources Groups and affiliates. *Note due to certain state restrictions we cannot ship certain items, please see our "State Restrictions" page.

Returns Policy

You may return products 60 days after delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will be refunded the cost of the returned items. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in. If a product is in a different condition solely due to a defect in the product (i.e., not as a result of a user error), a return can still be made.  Products do not need to be in their original packaging in order to be returned, but please return products in the original packaging whenever possible. 

We generally issue refunds 3 business days after the item is delivered back to us (usually faster). Once the refund is issued, please allow time for bank processing, which can take a few business days.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You can also just send us an email at info@nrgideas.com and include a brief message stating you'd like a return and indicating the order number.  If you have lost the order number, contact us by email and we'll help you find it. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  We will notify you if this is the case.  Stock items almost always ship 1 business day after purchase is completed. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

*Custom items are created on a per order request and allow longer lead times to create and will be notified as soon as the product is completed and shipped.

International Shipping Policy

If you are having your order shipped to a location outside the United States, note that international orders may incur customs fees, or other additional fees.  These fees are determined and levied by your authorities and we cannot control them.  International customers are responsible for paying any such customs fees for orders shipped outside the US. 
 
We don't necessarily know what will happen to orders once they cross borders.  If there's anything we can do with our shipping process to make your international buying experience easier, please let us know. 
 
Due to the high cost of international shipping, and the fact that we can't predict or control local delivery circumstances,  we are not responsible for international orders that are lost by carriers, and cannot provide a refund in those cases.  If a product arrives defective, we can provide a return and replacement, and will cover the return shipping costs, provided that they are not in excess of the original amount charged for shipping.   We can provide an exchange for products that don't fit due to sizing or that you wish to return for other reasons not related to a product defect, but in those cases, international buyers are entirely responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.
 
If an international order is returned because you do not wish to pay the customs or other fees on the order relating to international shipping, New Resources Group will refund you the cost of the product, but not any shipping costs.  If New Resources Group is charged any fees from the carrier for the return, these charges will be subtracted from your refund.
