Shipping & Returns
You may return products 60 days after delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you will be refunded the cost of the returned items. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in. If a product is in a different condition solely due to a defect in the product (i.e., not as a result of a user error), a return can still be made. Products do not need to be in their original packaging in order to be returned, but please return products in the original packaging whenever possible.
We generally issue refunds 3 business days after the item is delivered back to us (usually faster). Once the refund is issued, please allow time for bank processing, which can take a few business days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can also just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a brief message stating you'd like a return and indicating the order number. If you have lost the order number, contact us by email and we'll help you find it.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will notify you if this is the case. Stock items almost always ship 1 business day after purchase is completed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
*Custom items are created on a per order request and allow longer lead times to create and will be notified as soon as the product is completed and shipped.
