Can I be billed for my order?
We offer net 30 terms for utilities and municipalities. We also offer net 30 terms for other kinds of organizations that have completed an approved credit application. After you place your order, we will send an invoice to the billing address and email address associated with your order.
If you are placing an online order and wish to be billed, please select the check or money order option during checkout. Once you have placed the order, we will send an invoice and further instructions.

Can I send you a purchase order?
To send us a purchase order, please send an email to email@example.com with the attached documents. Once we have a chance to review and start processing your purchase order, we'll send you an email confirmation, usually within 1-2 hours of receiving the order or sooner. I am buying a larger quantity. How can I get the best pricing?
For bulk discounts, please request a quote. To request a quote, you can call us at (203) 366-1000, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and just mention the products you're looking to get.
For your convenience, our site offers automatic bulk discounts on large orders. You can view these discounts on the product page, and they will apply automatically during checkout. However, for larger quantities, it is best to request a quote.
The site won't let me place an order
In most cases, this is because the order exceeds the weight limit of our shipping calculator. In order to get our customers better shipping rates, for larger orders, we'll research shipping options. Please call us at (203) 366-1000, or email us at email@example.com, to complete the order.

What are your hours/When will my order ship?
Generally, we ship stock items 1 business day after the order is placed or sooner. Delivery date depends on the carrier selected and the distance involved. Custom items, such as custom kits and custom prints, generally have more lead time. After you place an order for a custom kit, we'll contact you and let you know what to expect for lead times and delivery. If you have a date you need to have the product by, just let us know, and we'll work with you to meet it.
Note that some parts we sell have a longer lead time. Please review notes displayed about product availability on the product page.
